I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado, Oregon, and Washington, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Certified Addictions Specialist (CAS). I bring over 30 years of experience working with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, addictions, bipolar, trauma, and major life transitions.
Throughout my career I’ve helped individuals, couples, and families break free from stuck patterns, reconnect with their values, and build more balanced, grounded, and meaningful lives.
My approach is integrative, combining depth with action. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices to help you gain clarity, shift patterns, and move forward with confidence. Therapy with me is collaborative, goal-oriented, and grounded in real-world change, not just symptom relief.
I’m also the founder and executive director of Bridgeways, LLC, and the author of Creating Your Own Happily Ever After: A Realistic Guide to Developing Life Skills and Healthy Relationships. This book, and the courses that followed, reflect my lifelong passion for empowering others through education, reflection, and real-world tools.
Clients often tell me they feel both challenged and supported in our work together, striking a balance that fosters real growth. If you’re ready to do the work, I’m here to help you navigate it with honesty, clarity, and compassion.
