Rates & Policies
Rates are based on a 50 minute session.
- Individual session $150
- Intake session $175
- Evaluations $350
- Adult ADHD coaching-$600 a month, includes 60 minute session,once a week and 10 min. phone call once a week. (insurance is not accepted for this service)
Insurance and Reimbursements
I am an in-network provider with a few insurance companies and an out-of-network provider with most insurance companies.
Some benefits of paying privately include more privacy and more control over your treatment. There are many insurance companies that will cover mental health services as an out-of-network provider. I can provide a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance company, following our sessions, for possible reimbursement.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits for both in and out of network?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Payment
Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted and payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid being charged the full appointment fee on your credit card you have provided at intake.
All late cancellations and no shows will be charged $145 to the credit card you have provided at intake.
